Provide a professional staff to serve and enhance your special event with the utmost respect, courtesy and service. Bent Tree Country Club would like to thank you for considering our facility for your very special day. We are able to accommodate up to 250 people for lunch or dinner. Our Grille Room, with its panoramic view of the golf course, is the perfect setting to begin your event with cocktails and hors d’oeuvres. As a private club, we can provide you with all the necessary equipment and services to ensure a successful function. These include a sound system, dance floor and linens in a large variety of colors, just to mention a few. These are available to you at no additional cost.
We also do not charge for set-up, clean up or room charge in the main Dining Room.
(A charge will apply for any function over four hours.)
We also offer on-site wedding ceremonies, overlooking our 1st and 9th fairways, rolling creek and wooden bridge, with beautiful floral landscaping, for only the equipment rental cost and a $500 set-up fee. The food described in the banquet menu should serve only as a guide. Our staff will work very closely with you to ensure that we meet your individualized needs.
