Catering

After the ceremony, probably the most important element in any reception is the food and caterer. The caterer and the servers can really make or break your reception. You want to make sure the food is of high quality and hot food is served hot and cold food is served cold. If you can work from 9 to 5 and still come home and serve a hot meal, you certainly expect no less of someone who serves food for a living. Think about the weddings and special events you have been to when deciding on what food to serve. Don\'t try to serve every type of appetizer you have ever tried. Limiting your menu is a hard decision, but as long as you have enough of a variety, there will be something for everyone to enjoy.
