Sarasota & Bradenton, Florida – April 18, 2012 – The Elegant Sarasota Weddings Network has elected their new 2012-2013 Board of Directors including Craig Wicks, Dick Peterson and Georgeann Butler. Elegant Sarasota Weddings is a networking group of our area’s most qualified and respected professionals serving the bridal industry and performing special events. Membership is by invitation only based on positive experiences and recommendations of the area’s most reputable professionals.

Craig Wicks is the owner of Black Tie DJ’s, Sarasota & Manatee Counties premier disc jockey service. His company received the prestigious “KNOT” award (as voted by local brides) for four consecutive years, as well as “The Brides Choice Award” from Wedding Wire. Craig is a returning Board Member and we appreciate his continued dedication to our Network.

Dick Peterson, owner of Dick Peterson Photography in Sarasota, is a formally trained photographer/artist with a Bachelor of Science Degree in Art (major in Photography) from the University of Michigan. He has been photographing weddings and families for over twenty years. Dick maintains a fully equipped 2500 sq. ft. studio in Sarasota, and photographs both in the studio and on location anywhere in the world. Dick is a returning ESW Board member.

Georgeann Butler is the owner of Sarasota Dream Weddings. She is a Wedding Minister and has been performing weddings, together with her husband Richard, in the Greater Sarasota/Manatee area for over thirteen years. She is on the Preferred Vendor Lists of the most prestigious local wedding venues and has received WeddingWire Bride’s Choice Award every year since its inception four years ago. We welcome Georgeann as the newest member of our Board of Directors., celebrating her 25th year in business. Nancy is also a returning Board Member.
